ACT records sixth road fatality for 2020

Six people have died on ACT roads this year

A 16-year-old girl has died following a single vehicle collision on Longmore Crescent in Wanniassa about 1.50am Saturday, 31 October 2020.

The girl was transferred to hospital with life-threatening injuries before passing away today (3 November 2020).

The driver and two other passengers were transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. 

ACT Policing’s Major Collision Team are investigation the circumstances surrounding the incident and a report will be prepared for the coroner.

The families of all parties involved have asked for their privacy to be respected at this time and no further details will be provided.
