Drugs, cash, ammunition and weapons seized

Following an investigation, a significant amount of drugs and cash have been seized by police.

On Friday (23 July 2021) officers from Criminal Investigations, AFP Canine and Specialist Protective Command executed search warrants at residences in Bonner and Braddon.

During a search of the residences police located:

  • cocaine and MDMA with a street value of $70,000
  • approximately 1000 rounds of ammunition
  • 2.5kg of suspected controlled substance hidden in a false wall
  • a machete
  • $15,000 cash

Enquiries are continuing and police have spoken to the people associated with these locations.
