Man charged with culpable driving following July fatality

A 33-year-old man from Ngunnawal has been issued a summons to appear before the ACT Magistrates Court on Friday, 18 December 2020 on charges of culpable driving causing death and drug driving.

The charges have been issued at the conclusion of an ACT Policing Major Collision Team investigation into the death of a 71-year-old woman following a collision on Commonwealth Avenue Bridge on Monday, 20 July 2020.
