Man to face court on 'Mr Fluffy' related fraud offence

A man will appear before the ACT Magistrates Court this morning (Thursday, May 12) charged with a fraud related offence.

Police will allege that the 54-year-old Deakin man produced a document that falsely represented to a home owner that ‘Mr Fluffy’ asbestos had been located in the residence.

The man has been summonsed to appear before Court where he will be charged with producing a false/misleading document.
