Police respond to ram raid in Majura Park

ACT Policing is investigating a ram-raid at the Majura Park Shopping Centre early this morning (Friday, 11 November 2022).  

About 6am, police and ACT Fire & Rescue responded to reports of a vehicle fire in Majura. 

Police investigations suggest this vehicle was involved in a ram-raid police had responded to about 3.40am, during which an ATM was stolen from the premises.  

The ATM fell from a vehicle on Majura Road which was closed for a short time. 

There have been no reported injuries.  

Anyone who witnessed suspicious behavior early this morning in Majura Park is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via the Crime Stoppers ACT website.   

Local businesses and anyone with dash cam footage are urged to come forward to police.
