Police seeking witnesses and dash cam footage of two collisions

ACT Policing is calling for dash cam footage and witnesses to two separate collisions on Friday (11 November 2022). 

The first occurred about 5.40am.  

ACT Policing, ACT Fire & Rescue and ACT Ambulance Service were called to a collision between a cyclist and a White Toyota Hilux in the southbound lane of the Barton Highway, Nicholls.  

The cyclist was assessed at the scene and transported to hospital.  

Police are seeking information from anyone who witnessed the incident or those who have dashcam footage.

The second incident occurred about 9pm.  

Emergency services responded to a single vehicle collision on Canberra Avenue, Fyshwick.  

The vehicle, containing three occupants, collided into a tree which resulted in the driver and one passenger being extracted and transported to hospital.  

Police are again seeking witnesses or dashcam footage from those in the area at the time of the collision.
