UPDATE Police seek to identify man accused of nightclub assault

ACT Policing has released a further image in order to identify a man who is believed to have committed an assault at Mooseheads nightclub last month.  

The incident occurred about 11.05pm on Saturday, 20 July 2024, where police allege the man threatened and assaulted another man on the dancefloor of the nightclub.

Anyone who can identify the man is urged to contact Crime Stoppers.

ACT Policing has released images of a man who is believed to have committed an alleged assault at Mooseheads nightclub.  

About 11.05pm on Saturday, 20 July (2024), police responded to reports a man had been threatened and assaulted by another man on the dancefloor of the nightclub.  

The alleged offender was ejected from the venue by nightclub staff, however he left the area prior to police arrival.  

The man is described as Caucasian in appearance, with brown hair and a beard. He was wearing a light grey jumper, jeans, and white shoes at the time of the incident.  

Police would like to speak to anyone who can identify the man from the images, or anyone who may have witnessed the incident who has not yet spoken to police.
