Witnesses sought to aggravated robbery of vehicle

ACT Policing is appealing for witnesses following the aggravated robbery of a vehicle from the car park in front of Dominoes at the Florey Shops last night (Tuesday, 12 September).

About 9.30pm, the victim entered her vehicle when she was approached by a male and a female. The offenders made demands for the victim to exit the car, which the victim refused.

The female offender assaulted the victim through the car window and attempted to remove the keys from the vehicle. The male then produced a knife and the victim complied with the demands. The offenders then fled the area in the vehicle.

The male offender is described as aged in his mid 20’s, of slim build, with dark brown short hair with a rats-tail and a tattoo on his neck. He was wearing a white hooded jumper with black writing and black trackpants.

The female offender is described as aged in her early to mid 20’s, about 165cm (5’5”) tall, of solid build, with dark brown hair tied in a bun. She was wearing a purple/blue hooded jumper, and black track pants.

The car is a 2005 4 door red Mazda SP3, with ACT licence plates YME25V.
