Woman charged with multiple family violence offences
A 21-year-old Queanbeyan woman will face ACT Magistrates Court today after allegedly assaulting her partner during an altercation over the weekend.
About 5:45am on Saturday (21 September 2024), police responded to reports of an altercation between the 21-year-old woman, her partner, and another resident of a home in Macgregor.
Upon arrival, it was alleged to police the woman slapped her partner several times in the face and bit him on the arm.
The 21-year-old woman was arrested and charged with three counts of aggravated common assault and breaching a family violence order.
