Fatality on Tidbinbilla Road

ACT Policing is investigating a single motor cycle collision which occurred on Tidbinbilla Road this afternoon (Sunday, 6 November).

At approximately 11.55am, ACT Policing, along with ACT Ambulance Service and ACT Fire and Rescue, responded to calls regarding the collision near Tidbinbilla.

Unfortunately, the male rider succumbed to injuries and has died at the scene.

This is the tenth person to have died on ACT roads this year.

ACT Policing's Collision Investigation and Reconstruction Team are examining the circumstances surrounding the collision. A report will be prepared for the Coroner.

Police are urging anyone who may have witnessed the collision or who may have any information that could assist police to contact ACT Policing on 131 444 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
