Man arrested for murder of Bobby Stuart Allan

ACT Policing Criminal Investigations have arrested a third man for murder, following the death of Bobby Stuart Allan in Rivett on 17 December 2017.

The 46-year-old Narrabundah man was arrested yesterday (Wednesday, 27 June 2018) for his alleged involvement in the murder and will appear in the ACT Magistrates Court today (Thursday, 28 June 2018), charged with the murder.

This is a significant milestone for the investigation.

A 49-year-old man and a 33-year-old man were charged earlier this year for their alleged involvement in the murder. These matters are currently before the court.

While the investigation remains ongoing, no further arrests are anticipated at this time.

Police would like to thank those witnesses who have already come forward and assisted with the investigation.
