Man to face court after serious traffic incidents

A 23-year-old man will face the ACT Magistrate’s Court today (Tuesday, 13 February 2018), charged with a number of traffic offences.

Yesterday, ACT Policing responded to a white van driving erratically in North Canberra.

At about 1.15pm, the driver of the white van was arrested in Bruce by officers from City Police Station.

The man was charged with three counts of fail to stop motor vehicle for police, two counts of furious/reckless/dangerous driving, aggravated furious/reckless/dangerous driving, driver refuse to provide an oral fluid sample and drive while disqualified.
