Man to face court on drug charges

ACT Policing arrested a 25-year-old man in Lyneham yesterday (Tuesday 14 November 2017).

Police executed a search warrant at a residence in Lyneham yesterday morning. During the search a number of drug items were located and seized.

The 25-year-old was arrested at the location and lodged at the ACT Watch House. He will face court today charged with traffic in controlled drug other than cannabis and possess prohibited substance.

Police remind anyone who has any information that could assist police to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via the Crime Stoppers ACT website. Information can be provided anonymously.
