Man to face court on family violence offences

A 25-year-old man will face the ACT Magistrates Court this month following a number of family violence incidents and breach of bail offences.

The man was extradited from New South Wales following breach of bail and ACT Policing opposed bail.

The man will be charged with seven counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm, two counts of choke a person, common assault, offensive weapon dangerous to a person, property damage and theft.
