Man to face Court on First Instant Warrant

A 32-year-old Greenway man has been arrested in relation to a First Instance Warrant regarding an act of indecency, with further unrelated offences being investigated.
 
About 5pm on Wednesday 26 October, a woman alerted Kmart Tuggeranong staff that a man had used a mobile phone to film her without her consent in the change rooms. When she confronted him, he became aggressive and left.
 
The man will face the ACT Magistrates Court today (Wednesday, 2 November) where police will oppose bail.
