Police investigate fatal collision in Bonython

ACT Policing is investigating a fatal collision that occurred in Bonython on Sunday, 13 May 2018.

About 7.30pm, police and ACT Ambulance Service responded to a report of a single vehicle collision involving a motorcycle at Anketell Street and Athllon Drive.

Unfortunately, a male has died at the scene as a result of injuries sustained in the collision.

This is the fifth fatality on ACT roads this year.

ACT Policing's Collision Investigation and Reconstruction Team are examining the circumstances surrounding the collision and a report will be prepared for the Coroner.
