Police investigating suspicious fire in O’Connor

ACT Policing is investigating a suspicious fire that occurred in O’Connor this morning (Thursday 5 October 2017).

About 4.50am, police were called to Hakea Crescent to reports that a residence was well alight.

ACT Fire and Rescue attended and extinguished the fire.

Following an analysis of the scene, police are treating the fire as suspicious.

Police ask that anyone who may have witnessed this incident, or have information about the fire to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via the Crime Stoppers ACT website. Information can be provided anonymously.
