Police release CCTV of aggravated robbery in Erindale

ACT Policing has released CCTV footage following an aggravated robbery at the Subway restaurant in Erindale on Friday, 31 August 2018.

Around 8.45pm, two men armed with knives entered the restaurant on Denigan Street, Wanniassa and demanded cash. Staff complied with the demands, and the two men then fled on foot in the direction of Erindale College.

The first male offender is described as Caucasian, around 178-183cm (5’10”-6’0”) tall. He was wearing a black hooded jumper, black adidas track suit pants and black Asics shoes.

The second male offender is described as Caucasian, around 178-183cm (5’10”-6’0”) tall. He was wearing a black hooded jumper, black track suit pants, grey Nike shoes and a black Under Armour cap.

Police are urging anyone who may have any information that could assist police to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via the Crime Stoppers ACT website. Please quote reference 6303742. Information can be provided anonymously.
