Police search for missing man
ACT Policing have located missing man Colin Thompson safe and well.
An extensive police search including ACT Policing patrols the Australian Federal Police Search and Rescue team was greatly assisted by information reported by members of the public. As a result, Colin was located in Lyneham.
ACT Policing wish to thank the public for their assistance, particularly those who reported information as well as those who shared social media messages about the missing person.

ACT Policing are seeking the public’s help to locate Colin Thompson, missing since 11am this morning (29 April).
Colin suffers from dementia and was last seen at his home in Kaleen this morning.
Colin is 67-years-old, of a slim to average build with grey hair. He was last seen wearing a pale blue long sleeve shirt, cream pants and no shoes.
Police hold concerns for his welfare as his dementia may cause him to become disoriented.
Anyone who has seen Colin, or someone matching his description, since 11am this morning is urged to contact ACT Policing on 131-444.
