Police seek to identify man in CCTV on Bunda Street

ACT Policing is seeking assistance from members of the public to identify a man believed to be involved in an assault on Bunda Street on Monday, 22 January 2024. 

About 12.45pm, a parking inspector was allegedly assaulted by a man on Bunda Street, City, directly adjacent to the Guzman y Gomez store. 

One man involved in the alleged assault has been identified and is assisting police with enquiries, however a second man believed to be involved in the incident is yet to be identified. 

The man is described as having a tan complexion, black short hair, dark facial features, and a black beard. 

Anyone who can identify the man in the CCTV image, or who witnessed the alleged assault is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via the Crime Stoppers ACT website. Please quote reference 7654360. Information can be provided anonymously.
