Police seek witnesses to driving incidents

ACT Policing is seeking witnesses and dash-cam footage of multiple driving incidents that occurred between Phillip and Belconnen on Saturday, 11 August 2018.

About 12.20pm, a white Volkswagen Jetta reversed into another vehicle before driving off along Hindmarsh Drive, Phillip.

The vehicle then travelled onto the Tuggeranong Parkway towards Belconnen, where it was reported to be driving erratically. Around this time, the vehicle has also collided with another vehicle towing a trailer.

Police were contacted, and a short time later the vehicle was intercepted on College Street, Belconnen.

Anyone who witnessed, or may have dash-cam footage of the incidents involving the Volkswagen Jetta are urged to contact police.

Police would also like to speak to the driver of the vehicle towing the trailer that was struck by the Volkswagen on the Tuggeranong Parkway.
