Police seek witnesses to group fight at Woden Bus Interchange

ACT Policing is investigating a disturbance at Woden Bus Interchange Wednesday night (30 November), resulting in serious injuries to two men.

At 7.50pm, police were called to the Woden Bus Interchange Callum Street in Phillip in response to two groups of males fighting at that location. Approximately six to ten men were involved in the fight.

On arrival, police located an unconscious male with head injuries. He was treated at the scene and transported to the Canberra Hospital by the ACT Ambulance Service.

A second male sustained serious injuries during the disturbance and was also transported to the Canberra Hospital. A third male was also treated at the scene by the ACT Ambulance Service.

Police believe there may have been other members of the public in the area at 7.50pm, who may have witnessed the disturbance or filmed it on their phones.

Police are appealing for any witnesses and anyone with images or footage of the disturbance at the Woden Bus Interchange at 7.50pm on Wednesday 30 November to come forward.
