Thank you Canberra. The man has contacted police and the matter continues to be investigated.

ACT Policing is seeking to identify a man involved in an incident with police early this morning.  

About 2.15am today (Friday, 26 January 2024) police attended an incident in the Pitts carpark in the City and engaged with four men.  

One man left the scene and police are now seeking public assistance to identify him.  

If you are this man, please present yourself to the nearest police station.
