UPDATE: Police seek Martin Phillips - LOCATED

UPDATE: ACT Policing has located Martin Phillips and he is now in custody.

ACT Policing is seeking information regarding the whereabouts of Martin Phillips.  

Mr Phillips is wanted on a recently issued arrest warrant relating to multiple allegations of assault and forcible confinement.

Mr Phillips is 35-years-old, about 170cm (5’7”) tall, with a heavy build, and a shaved head.

Anyone who has seen Mr Phillips or has information regarding his whereabouts is urged to contact police immediately on 131 444. Please quote reference 6724217. Information can be provided anonymously.

The public are asked not to approach Mr Phillips.

Mr Philips is urged to attend the nearest police station in relation to these warrants.
