Witnesses sought to aggravated robbery in Dickson

ACT Policing is seeking witnesses to the aggravated robbery of Chemist Outlet in Dickson Wednesday afternoon (24 February 2016).

About 3.50pm, a male entered the store armed with a firearm and made threatening demands to two staff members, ordering them to empty the cash till into a black shopping bag. The offender obtained a sum of cash and then fled the store.

It is believed the offender then left, towards Cowper Street.

The male is described as wearing all black clothing, black sunglasses and a black cloth to cover his face.

Police suspect the offender was in the area of the chemist for some time before the robbery occurred.
