Witnesses sought to aggravated robbery in North Lyneham

ACT Policing is seeking witnesses to an aggravated robbery that occurred at the North Lyneham Minimart on Colville Street, on Tuesday, 13 December 2016.

Around 7.00pm, two males entered the store and approached the counter. The males produced a knife and made demands of the staff member. The staff member complied and the males then fled the store on foot with a sum of cash, alcohol and cigarettes.

The first male offender is described as being Caucasian in appearance, approximately 170cm–180cm (5’7”–5’11”)tall and aged in his late teens to early 20s. He was wearing a dark coloured hooded jumped and a dark coloured cap.

The second male is described as Caucasian in appearance, approximately 165cm–175cm (5’5”–5’9”) tall and aged in his late teens to early 20s. He was wearing a grey Lonsdale brand hooded jumper, white shorts and a dark coloured cap.
