Witnesses sought to assault in Higgins

ACT Policing is seeking witnesses to an assault which occurred in Higgins last Friday afternoon (26 May 2017).

About 3.00pm, the ACT Ambulance Service responded to calls to an address in O’Sullivan Street, Higgins, after receiving reports a male had been seriously assaulted in the area of Higgins by three males and one female.

The male was treated by ACT Ambulance Service and transported to hospital for treatment of facial injuries.

ACT Policing Criminal Investigations are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident and are calling for anyone who may have seen or heard anything suspicious in or around this area to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via act.crimestoppers.com.au.
