Witnesses sought for attempted aggravated burglary in Wright

ACT Policing’s Criminal Investigations team is seeking public assistance in the investigation of an attempted aggravated burglary in Wright on Boxing Day.

At about 11.15pm on Wednesday 26 December 2018, it is alleged two people have attempted to forcefully gain entry to a residence on Philip Hodgins Street, Wright. When they failed to do so, they left the area.

Police are seeking any CCTV or dash-cam footage from the area of Philip Hodgins Street, Wright and John Gorton Drive, Coombs late on Boxing Day as well as information from residents in the surrounding area who may have witnessed the incident or the alleged offenders.
