Witnesses sought to Civic assault

ACT Policing has released CCTV of an assault which occurred inside the Cube nightclub in Canberra City during the early hours of Sunday, 28 May 2017.

About 1.20am, the victim was on the dancefloor when he was struck in the head by a male offender. The offender left the club after the altercation accompanied by another male.

Police are seeking to identify the alleged male offender who is described as Caucasian in appearance, of solid build, with dark hair and goatee style beard. At the time of the incident he was wearing a white t-shirt.

Police also wish to speak to anyone who witnessed or was involved in the disturbance.
