Witnesses sought to collision in Deakin

ACT Policing is seeking witnesses and dash-cam footage to a collision between a cyclist and motor vehicle in Deakin on Friday, 6 July 2018.

About 5.05pm, the victim was cycling northbound on Adelaide Avenue  Deakin, when they were struck by a silver Mitsubishi 380 sedan.

ACT Ambulance Service and ACT Fire and Rescue attended the scene and the cyclist was treated at the scene before being transported to hospital. 

Police are urging anyone who may have any information that could assist police to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via the Crime Stoppers ACT website.
