Witnesses sought to collision in Lyneham

ACT Policing is seeking witnesses and the identity of the driver involved in a collision between a cyclist and motor vehicle in Lyneham on Monday, 18 June 2018.

About 8.50am, the victim was cycling across a pedestrian crossing on Goodwin Street near Lyneham High School, when they were struck by a vehicle.

The driver of the vehicle stopped to check on the cyclist before leaving. The cyclist received minor injuries.

Police are urging anyone who may have any information, including the identity of the driver of the motor vehicle, that could assist police to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via the Crime Stoppers ACT website.
