Woman to face court on multiple charges
A 23-year-old Macquarie woman will appear before court this morning (20 March 2017).
The woman was identified as a priority for ACT Policing as police believe she is responsible for a number of failures to stop upon police direction and reckless/dangerous driving.
After investigations into the whereabouts of the woman, police located her inside a Kambah residence on Sunday evening (19 March 2017) where she was arrested and conveyed to the ACT Watch House.
While effecting the arrest, an officer sustained a bite from a dog, receiving minor injuries.
The woman will face the ACT Magistrates Court this morning charged with first instance warrant, minor theft, ride/drive motor vehicle without consent and fail to appear after bail undertaking.
Investigations are ongoing into a number of other offences.
Police will oppose bail.
